The inn is run by a very friendly family and being dog-friendly its ideal for us and our two spaniels when travelling between the Isle of Skye and Yorkshire. Our room in the Farmhouse was convenient, warm and cosy.

The room had everything we needed, very comfy king size bed, great shower and very clean. It looks a bit tired and is up for sale, but really happy with it as it was a last-minute booking. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly, so we were very pleased with it.

location, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very comfortable, plenty of towels, tea and coffee facilities in the room, hairdryer, bar not open but available for guests, was quiet

Staff was super friendly, such a great value with breakfast included. Breakfast was really good and hotel was on renovation since the new owner was there. I saw some bad reviews and was worried, and it was way beyond my expectation

The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was just what we needed, and at a great price. We had everything we needed, and it was clean. Considering the owners have just taken over the place, and are in the middle of refurbishing it, all was good, and we had a nice stay.

Friendly welcome. Comfortable beds. We stayed upstairs in the farmhouse and it has been well planned to fit in with the original old house. Good to have the bar next door for evening drinks and ppl can eat takeaways there if they wish.

The staff member who checked me in was really friendly and helpful, even sorted us out with a taxi and quick lager while we waited and just made me feel welcome. Breakfast was a good home cooked style Scottish breakfast, albeit a little early (finishes at 9am) for a Sunday morning.

Staff was super friendly and nothing was to much of an ask for them! Stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. Staff was wonderful to my 19m old son as well
