Lochway Hotel

The inn is run by a very friendly family and being dog-friendly its ideal for us and our two spaniels when travelling between the Isle of Skye and Yorkshire. Our room in the Farmhouse was convenient, warm and cosy.

The room had everything we needed, very comfy king size bed, great shower and very clean. It looks a bit tired and is up for sale, but really happy with it as it was a last-minute booking. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly, so we were very pleased with it.

Lots of parking. Good value for price as included breakfast.

The owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was just what we needed, and at a great price. We had everything we needed, and it was clean. Considering the owners have just taken over the place, and are in the middle of refurbishing it, all was good, and we had a nice stay.

The staff member who checked me in was really friendly and helpful, even sorted us out with a taxi and quick lager while we waited and just made me feel welcome. Breakfast was a good home cooked style Scottish breakfast, albeit a little early (finishes at 9am) for a Sunday morning.
